The IPR waiver and release form is for those submitting material for review. It must be signed and returned to DPN before we can print a review of your published work. You can either e-sign it and email it back or put it in the mail and let us know via email that it is on the way. Email the document to both: neal@doofusmusic.com and dan@dpnews.com.
